How do I Register and/or Verify my Account?

Welcome to CoinSmart, we are happy to see that you are joining us! Below you can follow these steps to easily and quickly register and verify your account. 

1. Go to https://www.coinsmart.com and click on Create an Account at the top right side of the page. 
   
   
2. At this stage, you are asked to fill out some preliminary information. Be sure to check off both boxes at the bottom and fill out everything accordingly.
   
   
3. The next step is to confirm your Email Address. For this, you will need to log in to the email that you just entered in step 2 and look for an email from us to activate your email. Click on the Activate Your Account button at the bottom of the email. 
4. Once you've confirmed your email you will need to log back in to the site and will be asked to verify your phone number. Enter the correct country code and your phone number. Once you do this you will receive a code that you will need to enter on the screen.
   
   
5. The next registration step is filling out just a bit more information about yourself. Once you've filled everything out check off the box on the bottom and move on to the next step.
   
   
6. Once you have registered as a client on our platform you will be asked to verify your account before you can start trading. To get started, click on the green Verify Me as seen below.
   
   
7. In the event that you did not verify your account immediately after you registered, you can always complete verification by clicking on the Verify your Account button on the right side of the page.  
   
   
8. We are partnered with a very advanced company used for online identification purposes called Sumsub. Simply follow the steps on the screen to get fully verified.
   
   In these steps, you will be asked to provide a government-issued identification card as well as a selfie-video.
   
   We highly recommend choosing the option to continue to your SmartPhone to scan your documents as well as for your selfie-video.
   
   The first step is to chose what country you are living in from our drop-down list and then chose the document type. As seen below. 
   
   
9. Once you chose the document type you can choose to upload pictures from your computer, or you can choose to continue on your phone (which makes these next steps easier). 
   
   
10. To continue on your phone, click on the Continue on your phone button, and scan the QR code as shown below.

Once you've uploaded all of your documents, you will be verified within a couple of minutes and you will be able to use our platform!
